George Tooley

George Robert Tooley, 67, of Owensboro, died on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at his home. He was born on December 16, 1950 in Duncan, South Carolina to the late George Egbert Tooley and Floyd "Pinky" Wingo Tooley. George was retired from Kimberly-Clark where he worked for 18 years as an electrical engineer. He loved cars, music and football, especially the Seattle Seahawks. George was a very generous, kindhearted, honest, and hardworking man.

Survivors include his companion, Jackie Kassinger and her family, Lisa Kassinger, Brandon Kassinger and Jodi Conley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and Baylee, his faithful K-9 companion.

Funeral services will be at 1:00p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2018 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Humane Society, 3101 W. Second Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
